Okay I can't take this anymore

I decided to change my FaceBook Cover and Icon to Yosuke, HE changed his to SOUJI! this is not a coincidence he knows what my favorite ship is. This has gone from awkward to slightly flattering to innocently creepy [it started getting truly creepy when he started saying excuse you every time I COUGHED until I asked him to stop] to OH DEAR GOD HE'S STALKING ME creepy. This HAS to stop. I turned him down both times he's asked me out, because I hadn't known him for very long, he's got ZERO social etiquette, aka chewing with his mouth open wide enough that you can hear him chewing and see the food, and obviously staring at me from wherever the hell he sits in the dining hall, if he can't sit with me, he will forgo the obviously OPEN table with an outlet adjacent to the table I'm sitting at to sitting near/behind me with his own laptop in his lap to try and conceal the fact that he's sitting like that so he can see me, it really wouldn't be too extremely creepy if he had the social etiquette but again He DOESN'T, an unrelated issue is that he can't read body language [or facial expressions] therefor asks me stuff that would normally be obvious to a twelve year old just by looking at a person's face. I'm gonna have to
